Pricing: what each price covers
Hostaway does not disclose its prices: as of our August 17, 2026 survey, its pricing page has you pick a size band (2-14, 15-49, 50 properties and more) and then asks for a demo, without ever showing an amount. Estimates circulating in the trade press put the bill between $125 and $175 a month for 1 to 4 properties, with one-time onboarding fees of $300 to $1,000, but none of those figures come from Hostaway: they are orders of magnitude, not a price. BedLink shows €35/month then €8 per extra property, so €51 for 3, setup included. The real difference is not the amount, it is knowing how much you will pay before you call.
BedLink pricing
€35/month, then €8 per extra property: €43 for 2, €51 for 3, €107 for 10. Setup done for you, no setup fee, and direct booking included. No quote, no commission on your direct bookings.

BedLink and Hostaway: your questions
Is BedLink an alternative to Hostaway?
Only if your portfolio is small. Under 10 properties, Hostaway is oversized and its price is hard to justify. Above that, Hostaway does things BedLink does not, in particular everything related to team management.
Why does Hostaway not publish its prices?
It is a common model for professional offers: the price depends on the number of properties, the modules and the negotiation. It is not dishonest, but it forces you into a sales meeting to get a number.
Can I move from BedLink to Hostaway if I grow?
Yes, and it is a normal path. If your portfolio goes past 10 to 15 properties and you start hiring, a tool like Hostaway becomes relevant. Your listings and your OTA connections remain yours.
Does Hostaway include setup like BedLink does?
Hostaway includes onboarding that guides you through the configuration. BedLink does the configuration for you. The nuance matters when you have neither the time nor the desire to learn the tool.
Is this comparison objective?
It is written by BedLink. The information comes from the official pages, last surveyed on August 17, 2026, and since Hostaway publishes no price, the amounts quoted are explicitly flagged as third-party estimates. If you manage more than 10 properties, Hostaway is probably a better choice than us.
