Amenitiz alternative

The Amenitiz alternative for owners of 1 to 10 properties

Amenitiz is built for hotels and B&Bs with breakfast service.
BedLink is built for guesthouses and short-term rentals with 1-10 properties. Simpler, installation included, focused on distribution and direct booking.

Why look for an Amenitiz alternative?

Amenitiz is one of the best French hotel PMS: polished interface, support in under 5 minutes, more than 150 OTAs connected. But for the owner of a guesthouse or of 2-5 independent properties, the tool often raises three problems:

  • →The tool is oversized. Amenitiz covers complete hotel management (reception, restaurant, invoicing, staff scheduling). For a guesthouse, those functions are useless and make everyday use needlessly complicated.
  • →The price is no longer public. In the check of August 17, 2026, the Core and Advanced plans are shown as “price on request”. You can no longer compare Amenitiz with anything without first sitting through a sales meeting, and you will never know whether your neighbor pays the same price as you.
  • →The tool is sized for hotels. Onboarding and support are designed for establishments of 3 to 30 rooms and more, with reception and catering. For three guesthouses, you pay for and learn a machine that was not designed for you.

BedLink is built specifically for owners of 1 to 10 independent properties: simpler, installation included in the standard price, focused on multi-channel distribution and direct booking.

Amenitiz pricing: what it really costs

The honest answer, as of the August 17, 2026 check: Amenitiz no longer publishes its prices. Its pricing page shows two plans, Core and Advanced, both marked “price on request”, and the old Presence, Sales Pro and Ultimate+ plans have become legacy offers, also on request. The figures of €42, €45, €60, €69 or €74 that you will find elsewhere come from directories that copy a price list removed from the site: don't budget on them.

The only price still public on their side is AmenitizPay, their payment solution: 1.5% + €0.25 per transaction. The vendor also states that there is no commission on direct bookings and no setup fee, with an assigned onboarding specialist and free data migration, on all plans.

The difference is no longer so much the amount as whether you can know it. At Amenitiz, you need a sales demo to find out what you will pay. At BedLink, the price list is published, property by property, and installation is included in it.

Amenitiz reviews: the points that keep coming up

Amenitiz is a good product, and saying so honestly is the only way to make this page useful. Here is what comes up most often in public feedback, positive and negative.

What gets praised

  • +Support reputed to be very responsive, often cited as the best on the market.
  • +A polished interface and a complete product for a hotel structure.
  • +A wide catalog of OTA connections.

What gets criticized

  • −An oversized tool as soon as you manage fewer than 5 units.
  • −A gap between the entry price and the real cost once onboarding is needed.
  • −A long learning curve if you don't come from the hotel industry.

None of these criticisms says Amenitiz is a bad tool. They say it is a hotelier's tool. If you run a guesthouse or three properties, the problem is not the quality of the software, it is that it was not made for you.

When to choose one over the other

Choose Amenitiz if:

  • •You run a hotel or a B&B with breakfast and a reception structure.
  • •You need a real hotel PMS (invoicing, staff management, restaurant).
  • •Your establishment has more than 10-15 rooms and needs real operational management.
  • •You want to run your whole hotel business from a single integrated tool.

Choose BedLink if:

  • •You run a guesthouse, a holiday home or 2-10 independent properties.
  • •Your main need is multi-channel distribution and direct booking.
  • •You want installation included in the subscription, not as a paid option.
  • •You prefer a simple, focused tool over a full hotel PMS.
Frequently asked questions

BedLink vs Amenitiz: your questions

Why look for an Amenitiz alternative?

Amenitiz is excellent software, but it is built for hotels and B&Bs with 5 to 30 rooms and a full PMS (restaurant management, breakfast, hotel invoicing). For a guesthouse, a holiday home or 2-5 independent properties, the tool is often oversized, pricier than necessary, and the setup stays your job. BedLink is built for exactly that target (1-10 properties), simpler, installed for you.

What is the difference between Amenitiz and BedLink?

Amenitiz is an all-in-one hotel PMS (channel manager + booking engine + operational PMS) for establishments with a hotel structure. BedLink is a full channel manager + direct booking site service for independent short-term rental owners. Different scope: Amenitiz covers the day-to-day running of a hotel, BedLink covers the distribution and booking of a guesthouse or a rental.

Amenitiz has excellent support, does BedLink too?

Yes. Amenitiz is known for support in under 5 minutes, and that is a real asset. BedLink offers direct support by phone and message, 7 days a week. The difference: with BedLink, you have a single contact who has known your setup from the start (because they are the one who built it).

What is the price difference?

Impossible to calculate at Amenitiz: in the check of August 17, 2026, their Core and Advanced plans are shown as “price on request” and the old Presence, Sales Pro and Ultimate+ price list has been removed. You have to go through a sales demo to get a figure. BedLink publishes its price list: €35/month then €8 per extra property, so €51 for 3 properties and €107 for 10, with installation and direct site included.

Doesn't Amenitiz install for me through its onboarding?

Amenitiz does offer an onboarding team that configures the OTA connections, and now advertises a dedicated specialist with free migration on all its plans: that is a real strength, and we won't pretend otherwise. The difference with BedLink comes down to the target: Amenitiz onboarding is sized for hotels of 3 to 30 rooms and more, with a price that is not public. BedLink is calibrated for owners of 1 to 10 properties, with installation included and the price published.

How many rooms or properties do I need for BedLink to make sense?

BedLink is sized for 1 to 10 properties (or 1 to 10 rooms in a guesthouse). If you run a hotel of more than 15 rooms with a breakfast service and full hotel invoicing, Amenitiz remains the better fit.

When should I still choose Amenitiz over BedLink?

If you run a hotel, a B&B with a breakfast service, or an establishment with a classic reception structure that needs a real PMS: Amenitiz is a better fit. BedLink makes sense for independent short-term rentals (guesthouses, houses, apartments, simple B&B rooms) where the priority is multi-channel distribution and direct booking, not hotel operations management.

Can I migrate from Amenitiz to BedLink?

Yes. We take your existing settings (listings, rates, calendars), move them onto our infrastructure and sync with no interruption. Migration usually takes 5 to 7 days.

Switching from Amenitiz to BedLink?

If Amenitiz is oversized for your 2-5 properties, we take over your setup and switch you to BedLink in 5 to 7 days. With no interruption.
