Doesn't Smoobu Teams set things up for me?
No. On the official price list checked on August 17, 2026, the Teams Pro+ plan at €55/month adds online invoicing, a dynamic pricing trial, priority support and a second account with write access. Nothing on the list covers an installation done for you. Smoobu charges no setup fee because there is no setup service: it stays entirely your job. At BedLink, the team does it and bills it once, €149 or €199.
How much does BedLink cost compared to Smoobu?
Prices checked on August 17, 2026 on the official price lists, billed monthly. BedLink starts at €35/month, then €8 per extra property, so €51 for 3, with installation and direct site included. Smoobu starts at €29/month with a 0.9% commission on your bookings, or €35/month with no commission, plus €12/month per extra property, so €59/month for 3 properties. With one property, the two no-commission plans cost the same. From two properties the gap widens in our favor, because an extra property costs €8 with us versus €12 with them. The site builder is now included in their no-commission plan, but you have to build the site yourself; with us it is installed for you.
Is the direct booking site included with BedLink?
Both include one now, but not in the same way. Smoobu added its site builder to the Professional Prepaid plan, at €35/month: the site is included, but you build it yourself, page by page. With BedLink, the direct booking site is included in the base subscription and it is built, filled in and deployed for you, with Stripe payment connected and 0% commission.
Can I migrate my Smoobu account to BedLink?
