Surveyed on August 17, 2026 on elloha.com: Connect at €49/month if you already have your website, Magic at €59/month with the site included, so €548 and €628 a year. The €29 to €49 range still quoted elsewhere comes from an older price list. Against that, BedLink shows €35/month then €8 per extra property, so €51 for 3. Up to three properties we are cheaper, at four the two are level, and beyond that the gap flips in Elloha's favor, since its subscription does not depend on the number of properties. What you pay extra with us is the setup done for you. Both show their prices publicly, which is no longer so common in this category.
