BedLink vs the others
Seven comparisons, real prices and no sugarcoating. On several of them, our advice is to choose the other solution. The technical engine looks much the same from one tool to the next. The real question is who does the setup.
The market in one table
| Criterion | BedLink | Smoobu | Amenitiz | SuperHote | Hostaway |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Setup done for you | Yes | No | Partial | Partial | Partial |
| Direct booking site included | Yes | No | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Public price list | Yes | Yes | Yes | Partial | No |
| Native French support | Yes | Partial | Yes | Yes | Partial |
| Suited to 1-10 properties | Yes | Yes | Partial | Yes | No |
"Partial" means the feature exists but is limited, reserved for a higher plan or billed as an option. Surveyed in May 2026.
The comparisons, one by one
BedLink vs Amenitiz
Amenitiz is a hotel PMS designed for 5 to 30 rooms. Real prices, reviews and what changes for a guesthouse.
BedLink vs Smoobu
Smoobu is cheaper as a subscription but leaves you to configure it alone. What that costs in time.
BedLink vs Lodgify
Lodgify bets on the website, with a commission on direct bookings on the entry plan.
BedLink vs SuperHote
Both are French, both target the independent owner, and both put people first. The difference comes down to one thing: SuperHote coaches you while you set things up, BedLink sets them up for you.
BedLink vs Hostaway
Hostaway is a professional's tool, built for large portfolios and structured property management companies. BedLink is built for the owner who manages between 1 and 10 properties. They are not two answers to the same question.
BedLink vs Elloha
Elloha and BedLink share the same conviction: direct booking beats paying commission. Where they differ is in what you are left to do. Elloha gives you the tools, BedLink sets them up.

What really changes from one tool to the next
On paper, all these tools do the same thing: they sync your Airbnb, Booking and Vrbo calendars in real time. Feature gaps exist but close from one release to the next.
The real gap is elsewhere. A full setup is 20 to 40 hours of work: connecting each platform, mapping the listings, setting the rates, testing the sync, building the direct site, connecting payments. Those hours appear in no price list, yet that is where the real cost difference is made.
That is the only question behind these comparisons: do you do this work yourself, or does someone else?
About these comparisons
Are these comparisons objective?
No, they are written by BedLink and nobody should pretend otherwise. What we guarantee: prices come from the official pages, last surveyed on August 17, 2026, and when a vendor stops publishing anything we write "price not disclosed" instead of copying its old price list. Every page also has a "when to choose the competitor" section, written sincerely. On several comparisons, our recommendation is not to choose us.
What does "Partial" mean in the table?
That the feature exists but with a limit: reserved for a higher plan, billed as an option, or only partly covered. For example, a direct booking site exists at Smoobu and at Lodgify, but you have to build it yourself, and at Lodgify it is not in the entry plan.
What is the real difference between BedLink and the others?
The technical engine is comparable from one tool to the next, they all sync your calendars. The difference is who does the work: with most of them it is you, and a full setup takes 20 to 40 hours. With BedLink, it is us.
Can I migrate from my current tool?
Yes, from any of the ones listed here. We take your listings, calendars and rates, and switch you over in 5 to 10 days without interrupting your current bookings.
Which channel manager should I choose for a guesthouse?
It depends on one thing only: how much setup you are willing to do. If you are comfortable with technology, Smoobu or SuperHote are enough and cost less. If you do not want to become technical, look for a solution that includes the setup.
